Housing / Ceiling scheduler
We are offering a career opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated housing scheduler to join our friendly team at our Rockingham office. The successful applicant for this full time position must have previous experience as a residential scheduler, with excellent organisational, communication and computer skills. 3 years minimum previous experience is required along with the following capabilities
- Schedule materials / orders in a timely and effective manner
- Support Managers and supervisors, liaise with suppliers
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Thorough knowledge of residential construction
- Have exemplary communication skills
- Ability to meet company deadlines
- Excellent organizational and problem solving abilities
- Demonstrate sound computer skills
- Ability to take direction and work autonomously
- Tracking and trending of work activities, & populating reports for internal requirements.

Coastal Ceilings is a highly regarded residential contractor, specialising in single & double storey homes, additions, extension and renovations.
Currently they are experiencing a massive growth and are looking for a trainee scheduler to join their team.
Working within a highly experienced team you will be in a position to gain the best training and development.
To be considered for this position you will be currently studying towards, or have completed a tafe diploma in building and or estimating. You will also need to have knowledge of excel and good understanding of the building processes. On top of this you will have strong communication and organisational skills.
